1. Incident data
CSV or tab-separated, one incident per line, header row recommended. Recognised columns: id, priority (P1–P4), occurred (optional), detected, acknowledged, resolved. Timestamps in ISO 8601 (2026-03-04 09:15) or anything your browser can parse.
2. SLA targets
Minutes. Compliance is the share of incidents that met the target for their priority.
